How Access Works:

Membership Requirements

The Nyle Room is intentionally selective.

To protect the integrity of the community, applicants must complete a vetting process before approval.

To Apply, Members Must:

• Be African or part of the African diaspora

• Verify African descent or heritage

• Complete the membership application

• Disclose professional background and business interests

• Provide proof of a legitimate source of funds/income

• Agree to confidentiality and community standards

• Respect legal frameworks, compliance requirements, and ethical business conduct

Applications may be declined if we believe someone is not aligned with the vision, seriousness, or values of the room.

What This Membership Includes

From time to time, we may connect members to relevant professionals, operators, advisors, or networks within our ecosystem.

What This Membership Does NOT Include

To avoid misunderstandings, The Nyle Room does not include:

• One on one consulting 

• Private advisory services (separate service)

• Personalized investment guidance

• Individual business coaching

• Legal services (we can refer)

• Tax advice (we can refer)

• Financial services

• Immigration advice

• Personalized due diligence services

• Background checks on behalf of members

• Guaranteed deals, returns, or business outcomes

While we may conduct due diligence on projects we explore internally, members remain fully responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any investment, partnership, or transaction.

Nothing shared inside The Nyle Room should ever be interpreted as:

• financial advice

• investment advice

• legal advice

• a recommendation to invest

• an offer to sell securities

• a guarantee of outcome or profitability

Members are expected to seek their own legal, financial, and professional guidance before making decisions.

Members may not:

• Share confidential information publicly

• Create disruption, harassment, or hostile behavior

• Present themselves as representatives of Nyle Africa or The Nyle Room without written permission

Violation of community standards may result in immediate removal without refund.

The Nyle Room is an educational and relationship based community platform.

We do not publicly solicit investments online or convert followers directly into investors.

Legally and ethically, proper business relationships, compliance procedures, and vetting matter.

This membership helps establish those relationships in a professional and compliant environment.

Warning Policy
One warning may be issued where appropriate
Serious violations may lead to immediate removal

Refund Terms Related To Violations
If removed for rule violations:
No refund.
If denied during identity review before access:
Refund issued.
