Purpose Of This Policy

The Nyle Room was built as a private, relationship driven environment for serious diaspora seeking longterm positioning across African markets.

Because sensitive business discussions, project research, networks, and strategic insight may be shared within the community, all members are expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.

By joining The Nyle Room, members agree to the following policies and standards.

Confidentiality & Information Protection

All information shared inside The Nyle Room is strictly confidential.

This includes but is not limited to:

• project discussions

• market research

• due diligence materials

• member conversations

• introductions

• business strategies

• recordings

• documents

• voice notes

• live sessions

• contact information

• shared opportunities

• internal frameworks

Members may NOT:

• leak information externally

• repost content publicly

• share screenshots or recordings

• redistribute documents

• share member information without consent

• forward private discussions to third parties

• use information obtained inside the community to damage another member, project, or business

Unauthorized sharing of confidential information may result in:

• immediate membership termination

• permanent removal from the ecosystem

• legal action where applicable

• financial claims for damages if confidentiality breaches cause harm

The integrity of the room depends on trust. We take confidentiality extremely seriously.

Non Circumvention & Relationship Protection

Members may not attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with relationships, partnerships, introductions, operators, advisors, or business connections introduced through The Nyle Room.

Members agree not to:

• cut out parties from transactions

• misuse introductions for personal gain

• approach contacts deceptively

• misrepresent affiliation with Nyle Africa

• present themselves as official representatives without written approval

Any unethical conduct may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

Member Responsibility & Independent Verification

Members acknowledge and agree that:

• all decisions are made at their own risk

• all investments, partnerships, and transactions require independent verification

• Nyle Africa does not guarantee outcomes, profitability, legitimacy, or success of any project or relationship

• members are solely responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, operational, and commercial due diligence

Any shared due diligence is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Members should always consult their own:

• lawyers

• accountants

• advisors

• compliance professionals

• local experts

before making decisions.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Nyle Room does not guarantee:

• business success

• investment returns

• project access

• funding

• partnerships

• introductions

• approvals

• visas

• residency

• licenses

• profits or financial gain

Business and investing in emerging markets involves substantial risk.

Members participate entirely at their own discretion and risk.

No Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the digital, private, and confidential nature of the membership, all payments made to The Nyle Room are final.

By joining, members agree that:

• membership fees are non refundable

• partial refunds will not be issued

• failure to participate does not qualify for repayment

• disagreement with opinions, discussions, or opportunities does not qualify for repayment

• removal due to policy violations does not qualify for repayment

Members also agree not to initiate:

• fraudulent chargebacks

• payment disputes

• unauthorized repayment claims

Any chargeback attempt after receiving access to the platform, materials, calls, or community may be considered fraudulent activity.

Nyle Africa reserves the right to:

• dispute chargebacks aggressively

• provide evidence of access and participation

• recover outstanding costs and damages

• permanently ban individuals involved in repayment abuse

Community Integrity

To maintain the quality of the room, Nyle Africa reserves the right to:

• reject applications

• remove members

• suspend accounts

• deny renewals

• restrict access

• investigate suspicious activity

without prior notice or explanation.

This community is intentionally selective.

Protecting the integrity of the ecosystem comes before growth.

Legal Compliance

Members are fully responsible for complying with:

• local laws

• tax obligations

• investment regulations

• anti-money laundering laws

• sanctions regulations

• reporting obligations

• immigration laws

• business licensing requirements

Nyle Africa does not assume responsibility for member compliance failures.

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing The Nyle Room, members confirm that they:
